What it does:
The Flex Bike allows you to work the upper and lower body at the same time. It includes an LCD display with six functions (speed, time, distance, scan, and calories), and has multiple levels of adjustable magnetic resistance, built-in upper-body resistance bands. The bike also features heavy-duty steel frame construction (some assembly required), an adjustable cushion seat and non-skid foot pedals with safety straps, as well as a fold-up design with wheels for easy transport.
